It was 1972 when Rainer Krissler, along with his wife Gisela, founded Silver Springs Concrete Services in Kelowna. Together they made a positive impact in the concrete community and grew the business with integrity.
On his retirement, Rainer passed the company to his children, Connie and Karl, who purchased it together in 1994. Rainer passed in 2020, and is remembered as an incredibly hard-working man whose standards still guide the company today.
Based in Kelowna with over 300 years of combined experience, Silver Springs has deep roots in the community it serves.

Owner & Visionary
With over 25 years at Silver Springs, Connie loves the scale of commercial work — including a two-year concrete project on an Okanagan Lake bridge. Away from the job site you will find her hiking, or tending a pond with more than a hundred goldfish.
Co-Owner & Operations
Karl brings 38 years of concrete finishing experience and bought the company alongside his sister in 1994. He spends his off-hours camping, taking RV trips and snowmobiling through the BC backcountry.
Dispatch
On the team since 2019 with six years in the concrete industry, Andrea keeps crews and pours coordinated. She has completed the BCRMCA Basic Concrete and Concrete Dispatcher training programs.
Sales & Design
Kelowna born and raised — and a former competitive freestyle mountain biker — Steve focuses on functional and decorative concrete designs, helping clients shape ideas into finished spaces.
Accounting & Human Resources
With the company since 2012 and 20 years of management experience, Gina keeps the office running. Her favourite part of the job, in her words, is simply talking to customers.
